There are just ideas, there are people, there are problems and there are opportunities. The goal has always been to get the people to bring new thinking to the forefront and not attack new thinking. The realization came to David that it was time for a different business model. One that was based first on the people in the mix and second on the business at hand. It was time to take a great mixing bowl of history, work, technology, and education and stir it all up. To create a new quest for the Holy Grail of sustainable competitive advantage for a business. Unlocking the door to solutions takes the ability to allow people to be the key and exchange ideas without question of guilt, concern, or even in a basic way, ownership. Instead, the goal is to open the eyes of business people to the possibility of the unknown. David felt that the businesses of today are in a state of flux. That the challenges today in business are the same as the world of science at the birth of the A-Bomb. Instead of atoms being smashed and causing the ripping of the fabric of space, businesses are seeing their models of distribution, of marketing and general business operations collapse on themselves. What made a business successful in the past was actually hurting the business in the here and now. It was time to buzz differently! Thus, the beginning of BusinessHive.
